Beer is a diversion, a tool for having fun and partying, and a powerful ally for… health! It contains more protein and B vitamins than wine and is an excellent source of antioxidants.

It is no coincidence that beer can be considered as a food and not as a drink (although it is made up of 90% water), as it contains many helpful mineral salts such as potassium and magnesium as well as trace elements such as zinc, selenium, chlorine and limited in water-soluble vitamins.

If you don’t overdo it and should never overdo it, beer can be an excellent ally for your health.
