It was developed by Naomi Whittel and is based on intermittent fasting. The purpose of the diet is to make us fitter, healthier, and slimmer and to counteract the aging process.
The diet
The diet creator, Naomi Whittel, has developed a plan based on intermittent fasting to eliminate excess pounds, significantly reduce waist circumference and thus better define the silhouette. Particular attention is also focused on the appearance of the skin, which appears fresher and younger. Therefore, this approach counteracts the natural aging process and makes you look younger as you age.

The diet is mostly high in protein but also carbohydrates. Almost everything will be consumed, as carbohydrates, sweets, fatty foods, and snacks are on the list. The important thing is not what you eat but when and how.

You only eat four of the seven days of the week; the other three days are reserved for fasting, where you will eat little or nothing for 16 hours. On the days you eat instead, you will also need to exercise. Thirty minutes of strength training or high-intensity interval training is sufficient.

Breakfast on the four days you eat is high in fat and protein: scrambled eggs with avocado or smoked salmon.
In addition, a protein-rich snack can also be eaten in the morning. However, it is essential not to eat carbohydrates in the morning, as the cortisol level is very high after getting up. If you eat more carbohydrates, your insulin level will rise, and your body will store fat more easily. Therefore, the carbohydrates will be taken in a high-carbohydrate snack in the afternoon and evening.
On fasting days, you do not eat anything, although a small protein snack is allowed if you are starving, for example, some cottage cheese. During the 16-hour fast, drink only tea and a little coconut oil (maximum of one teaspoon) to increase the feeling of satiety.

The alternation between eating and fasting supports the body's autophagic process, during which the cells are purified and detoxified. While you still eat regularly, you have enough energy for everyday life and sports.
The diet should leave you with a radiant complexion, more vital energy, and less weight, reversing aging. Unfortunately, we still can't tell you how well this diet works because we haven't yet found any guinea pigs who voluntarily give up food three days a week! :D
